Energy Coaching is NOT therapy, counseling, medical/psychological care, medical/psychological diagnosis, or legal/financial advice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

Client may cancel for refund 24 hrs ahead of appointment time. If client cancels within 24 hrs of schedule appointment- client forfeits refund. No refunds for completed Energy Coaching sessions or missed scheduled appointments. Clients may reschedule 24 hours before appointment.

Confidentiality & Exceptions:

Client communications within session remain private with legal exceptions (such as imminent self harm, harm to others, or abuse disclosure as required by law).

Data Security:

Client understands the use of technology is not always secure in terms of confidentiality. Client accepts the risk of disclosure or information leak in the use of email, text, phone, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype, and any other technology utilized.

Liability Waiver & No Guarantees:

The client holds full responsibility for their own well-being during coaching appointment, after coaching appointment, and in-regards to the client's own life choices and decisions. Specific outcomes or results are not guaranteed. For legal purposes, client understands that this type of coaching is currently an unregulated industry and that the coach is not "licensed" by any United States governing body to provide this type of service. Client understands that Energetic Coaching is not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. Client also understands that the coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or medical professional. Furthermore, if your coach is ordered by court to provide information or to testify, they will do so to the extent the law requires.

Termination Clause:

Client can end their Energy Coaching session during the scheduled appointment for any reason without refund. Coach reserves the right to refuse service or cancel booking.
